"PowerHouse Latvia" offers the Corporate Security Barometer – a data-based diagnostic tool for assessing a company's internal security culture, which systematically measures employees' perception of security, evaluates internal disinformation risks, and assesses the company's preparedness for crisis situations. Combining quantitative surveys with in-depth interviews and focus groups, we analyze external and internal risks and processes, employee information consumption habits and sources of trust, and conduct an internal trust and unity audit, developing a company "unity map." As a result, management receives clear recommendations for internal communication and criteria for improving the company's long-term security culture, as well as a data-based understanding of employee concerns, involvement, and ability to act in a crisis. Currently, due to the heightened geopolitical situation, it is particularly important to build the organisation as a safety community – to strengthen internal cohesion and resilience, and to identify risks in a timely manner in order to mitigate their impact.
